Solarice Recovery Labs
We offer mail in data recovery services for clients that live out of our office or on-site servicing areas. Simply package your hard drive and mail it to the address below, we will contact you when we receive it.
We strongly recommend that you package the drive securely. It should be packaged in an anti-static bag and shipped with plenty of padding. We also recommend that you purchase loss insurance from the carrier you choose. Also, please include your full name and contact information along with the drive.
When shipping drives, it doesn't matter if it is an external drive, a laptop drive, or your desktop drive, we don't need any cords or cables or the computer. Just send the drive by itself.
